Glazed doors arcideal for admitting extra light to darkrooms or passageways, but nationalbuilding regulations or local buildingcode requirements must be followed inthe choice of glass - reinforced (safety)glass may be required if there is anydanger of an accident. When replacing a door, it isgenerally advisable to fit new hardware - hinges and latches especially. Doorhandles and knobs can be removed and replaced if they must march others inthe room.
